Shipping & Delivery
- Shipping is available to all countries in Europe (UK and European mainland).
All items will be shipped from our warehouse in the Netherlands (European Union)
We have negotiated great shipping rates with some large shipping companies like TNT Post, DPD and UPS.
Shipping charges are based on the following:
The delivery option you choose
The weight, size and dimensions of your items
The number of parcels
Your shipping preferences
You can easy get a quote of the shipping cost. And also get an overview of the available options and estimated delivery time of each available option.
Just add the item(s) to your shopping cart and use the shipping calculator which you will also find in your shopping cart. So you can get the quote even before you submit any order.
Payment, Pricing & Taxes

We do not charge tax when you check out, but your local customs officials will assess taxes before allowing the item to enter your country. The carrier will usually pay these fees on your behalf and collect them from you at the time of delivery. You are responsible for ALL customs fees, including duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and any other fees, assessed at the border before delivery. |

Bank Transfer
Payment by bank tranfer is possible for all customers. You will get all necessary bank information in your mailbox after placing your order.

Returns & Replacements
- We want you to be completely satisfied with everything you purchase from us. If for any reason, you are not happy with the merchandise you buy from us, you can return it to us in the original box with all original items within 30 days.
Please email us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before shipping your product. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA . For faster service, please also email customer name, invoice number, order number and nature of the problem.
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items, and we will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
Once your return is processed, we will credit or refund the value of the product total (excluding delivery and handling charges). All refunds will be credited to the payment form used for the original purchase.
We do not change any restocking fee ;)
Warranty
- All soft and foam Dancemats : three months
All Metal Dance Pads : one year
Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to us on returned items, and we will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.
