- I have one of of these pads and I can say they are excellent!
The reinforced arrows let you know where you are which is great because soft pads can't have the recessed arrows that the arcade do. This helps alot.
After heavy daily usage they do show their age. The plastic reinforcements can shift into the center - this happened on the right arrow of my pad - so sometimes when you stand in the center you press the right button, etc. and you have to press where the plastic insert is. Can have issues with ghost-stepping and the plastic ripping after a long time.
